Employment - Judicial immunity - Disability discrimination - Whether Police Misconduct Panel enjoyed immunity from suit Claim by police officer for unlawful discrimination against the Metropolitan Police Commissioner arising from panel's handling of her claim for disability discrimination. HELD that the claim was barred by the principle of judicial immunity. There was no recognised exception to the rule of stare decisis to disapply the binding effect of Heath v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis.
