Judicial review - Introduction employment tribunal fees - Challenge to lawfulness of the Courts and Tribunals Fee Remissions Order 2013 - Absence of evidence of impact of fees on individual claimants. HELD petition refused. The Fees Order did not breach the effectiveness principle, was not indirectly discriminatory against women, and did not breach the public sector equality duty.
