Trade Union Bill: Consultation on tackling intimidation of non-striking workers

A consultation by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills seeks views on reforming and modernising the rules for picketing, asking whether the code of practice on picketing should cover use of social media and be extended to include guidance on protests linked to industrial disputes and whether there are other practices for picketing that should be legally enforceable. Comments by 9 September 2015.
