Government Response to the Consultation on Trade Union Assured Register of Members

This BIS publication summarises responses to its September 2014 consultation on the implementation of the new requirements placed upon trade unions. Most respondents, in particular unions, did not welcome the new provisions, with some adding that they felt that there was little evidence that the current system was failing or inadequate.
