HMRC publishes guidance on IR35 changes - Working through an intermediary (IR35)

HMRC has updated six pieces of guidance and published five new guides to prepare for the off-payroll working changes from April 2020. The new guides are: April 2020 changes to off-payroll working for intermediaries; April 2020 changes to off-payroll working for clients; off-payroll working for agencies; public sector off-payroll working for intermediaries; and private sector off-payroll working for clients.
