Employment Rights (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2018. Draft

These Regulations make amendments to employment law to reflect the withdrawal of the UK from the EU in the event that there is no deal with the EU. In this event, a number of elements of retained EU law may not operate effectively. The technical amendments ensure the legislation is clear by removing or amending language that is no longer appropriate once the UK has exited the EU. The Regulations do not make any amendments to existing policy.
