Equal pay claim against Morrisons' to be lodged

An equal pay claim is to be lodged with the employment tribunal service on behalf of eight Morrison's shop workers, but it could result in 80,000 employees being eligible to back pay. It is seeking compensation for shop workers - predominantly women - who believed they were paid less than the mostly male workers in warehouses. Leigh Day is now bringing equal pay claims against all of the UK's big four supermarkets.
