Sexual harassment in the workplace: Fifth Report of Session 2017-19 [HC Paper No.725 (Session 2017/19)]

Wed, 25 Jul 2018

It calls on the Government to focus on five priorities: introduce a new duty on employers to prevent harassment; require regulators to take a more active role; make enforcement processes work better for employees; clean up the use of non-disclosure agreements and collect robust data.
