GMB to take legal action against Amazon delivery companies

The GMB has announced it is taking legal action against three delivery firms used by Amazon, arguing that the companies are wrongly classing the delivery drivers as self-employed. The case is the latest in a series of gig economy disputes, with the GMB having won a landmark judgment against Uber in 2016, and others such as Deliveroo ongoing.
