Liability of trade union for sexual harassment by official - Unite the Union v Nailard [CA] 24.05.18 (Unreported)

Locally elected trade union officials acted as agents for the union within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010 s.109(2) and the union could therefore be liable for their sexual harassment and discriminatory acts towards one of its employees.
