Under the Equality Act 2010 s.15(1)(a), where an employer had treated an employee unfavourably because of something arising in consequence of the employee's disability, and the employer had known of the disability, there was no additional requirement that the employer had to be aware that the behaviour or "something" in question arose in consequence of the disability.
