Increasing the Employment of Disabled People in the Public Sector: Consultation

This consultation sets out the current situation in Scotland in terms of the employment of disabled people in the public sector in Scotland. It discusses current data collections and what can be done to improve these, and it sets out potential options for targets and other measures. We want to hear public sector bodies‘ and disabled people's organisations’ views on how we can improve the employment of disabled people in the public sector in Scotland, including what their views are of targets, and what other measures can be taken to improve this. Importantly we also want to hear from disabled people themselves. The closing date for responses is 15 July 2018.
