Closing the gap: Enforcing the gender pay gap regulations

A policy paper by the Equality and Human Rights Commission outlines what it will do to encourage employers to meet the gender pay gap regulations and its approach to enforcing them. It sets out it powers under the Equality Act 2010, including: investigations, unlawful act notices, action plans, agreements, orders, public sector duty assessments, and public sector duty compliance notices .
