Lawyers warn employers' "love contracts" are unenforceable in the UK

Lawyers have warned that employers' use of dating policies, known as "love contracts" or "relationships at work contracts", which are becoming increasingly common in the US and are being researched by employers in the UK in an attempt to forestall instances of sexual harassment, are impossible to enforce in the UK, where under EU law employees have a right to a private life.
