Thu, 23 Mar 2017

Wages Order 64 will detail the minimum hourly rates of pay and other terms and conditions for agricultural workers in Scotland. The Order contains the detailed legal requirements for the calculation of minimum pay, holidays etc., and has to be written in the precise legal terms required to make the Order enforceable in law. The guidance notes attempt to explain the rules in simpler terms and to answer some of the questions which are most likely to arise.
