An airline was required to negotiate with a trade union on proposals concerning rostering arrangements for its pilots. The proposed arrangements related to "pay, hours and holidays" for the purposes of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 Sch.A1 Pt I para.3(3).
