Police lawyer loses unfair dismissal case

Denise Aubrey, former head of legal services for the Northumbrian Police Authority, has lost her employment tribunal case in respect of her disclosure of confidential information. She had submitted claims for unfair dismissal, sexual discrimination, disability discrimination, victimisation and harassment, but the tribunal held that she had made the disclosures for "purely self-serving reasons".
