Unfair dismissal – Dismissal due to breakdown in working relationships – Whether Employment Tribunal entitled to find unfair dismissal when reason for dismissal was some other substantial reason such as to justify dismissal without giving employee opportunity to show that she could work with colleagues about whom she had made complaint - Whether Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 s.207A applied to dismissal on that ground. HELD that the sanction set out in section 207A for failure to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance did not apply to such a dismissal
