Tribunal procedure - Restricted reporting orders – Unfair dismissal and sex discrimination proceedings brought against celebrity - Employment judge’s jurisdiction after claims withdrawn on settlement. HELD that the judge had jurisdiction to consider whether to discharge an extant restricted reporting order which had been made in relation to the proceedings.
