Tribunal procedure - Whether non-lead Claimant ought to be bound by an earlier employment tribunal decision - Construction of Regulation 5(2)(a) of the Part-Time Workers Regulations 2000 – Meaning of “appeal” and “claim” in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal Fees Order 2013 art.2. HELD that reference to "an appeal" within the definition of "a claim" meant an appeal to the employment tribunal; not an appeal from the tribunal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
