Agency - Negligence - Bank's employee giving reference in respect of customer - Reference provided to casino who as a result granted customer cheque-cashing facility - Customer subsequently drawing down on facility with forged cheques - Whether bank liable in negligence. HELD that it would not be fair, just and reasonable to impose liability on the Bank where the Club had deliberately concealed itself.
